    Vintage Frank Clayton F.C. Ball Brothers made aqua tapered product packer jar up for consideration 18 oz? A little larger than a pint, 6 1/2" tall approximate x 2 7/8 base diameter x 3 1/4" diameter at the shoulder, late 1800's early 1900's, Frank Clayton Ball made Ball Brothers aqua tapered product / packer jar, with no embossing. Made on the F.C. Ball machine. 1897-- F. C. Ball Machine invented (patented 1898) - world's first semi-automatic glass machine. A jar made on an F. C. Ball semi-automatic machine would have a neck seam that was offset from the body seam normally, some jars will have more of a mismatch than this one, this one is lined up perfect. This jar looks great hardly a scratch on it and has the normal factory defects, has bubbles and waviness, early and crude for this era of jars, when they were produced, see pictures. See pictures. The bottom is unmarked. Buyer receives exactly what's shown. Jar is in excellent condition except for a hairline crack see the picture.
