SHIPPING:

An incomplete, or invalid address may delay your order. We will ship this item through FedEx International Priority Service or DHL Express. You will get it between 5 to 10 business days if you are located in the United States or between 10 to 15 business days if you are located in other country. A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as we ship your item. If your shipping address is located in a place that FedEx doesn’t deliver and has to give your package to another shipping company, we will send you an invoice with an extra shipping fee.
SHIPPING NOTE FOR USA and CANADA Buyers:
We used to send all packages from Venezuela through FedEx. Since May 15th, 2019, the US Department Of Transportation suspended the rights of US air carriers to provide service between the US and Venezuela. Because of that, FedEx is not able to transport items from Venezuela to the US. Now we are collecting our US buyers packages (2 to 5 packages per box) and sending all together with DHL Express Box to Weston, FL or Atlanta, GE. Sending each package separate is about with a weight less than 500 grams and with a weight of 1 kilo. In order to set the shipping price, DHL take in consideration the highest value between weight and dimensions. For example: A jean weight could be less than 1 kilo, however the dimension of it, represents a kilo for DHL. After our DHL box arrives to the US, we buy a USPS level for every package and our employee post each package in USPS.
CUSTOMS TAXES:
It is impossible for us to know the customs taxes rates of each country. Therefore, it is buyers responsibility to know how much they will pay for custom taxes when the items they want to purchase get into their countries.
RETURNS:
Please contact us immediately if there are any problems upon receiving your item. If there is an issue with the item, or there was damage that occurred during shipment, we must be informed within 7 days of the delivery date in order for us to assist you. If a problem does occur, please retain all shipping material including the box, FedEx Pak or FedEx Envelope in order to return the item for a refund/replacement. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT NOTIFYING US.
